Requirements
Nigerian or other West African citizen aged 19–27 at time of application
First-class or strong upper-second undergraduate degree
Demonstrated intellectual distinction, character, leadership, and commitment to service; NOT yet enrolled at Oxford
Documents Needed: Online Rhodes application, academic transcripts, 4 references, personal statement, CV, proof of citizenship
